Dallas Preston is an experienced estimator and previous Project Manager with over 7 years in multi-family construction and insurance claims. He has spent 2 years at MCC, providing tailored quotes for projects ranging from $500 to $1M+, addressing a wide variety of community needs with value engineering solutions. Dallas has hands-on experience inspecting and managing diverse projects, including decks, roofing, siding, gutters, windows, interior renovations, exterior amenities, pools, and more. Additionally, he has run maintenance programs for HOA and condominium communities in the Denver metro area, servicing multiple management companies.
